Roxy was born in California, lived in Florida and Saudi Arabia, but calls Houston, Texas home. She met her future husband sophomore year of high school, and they remained good friends until after college when they started dating. A whopping 8 years later, he proposed on the eve of her 30th birthday, and now 3 years down the road they are expecting their first non-fur baby {2016}. Roxy graduated from the University of Texas, taught math for ten years, and is on her way to obtaining a Masters in Library and Information Sciences.
