My newest addition, although only three months old, is a busy body when she nurses. This girl is constantly kicking her feet, and if she can find a firm surface – she uses both legs to push off of it. She’s constantly grasping at me while nursing, and many times she’ll grab my necklaces or my hair. Now I certainly can see how the whole baby-playing-with-mom’s-hair thing can be super sweet, but I’m soooo over that. My son was obsessed with my hair for the first two years of his life. My hair was his lovie. It was so bad that I used to trick him with extensions. Proof available here.
Thanks to Artsy Finds 2012, though, I’m now the proud owner of a beautiful and super handy nursing necklace for Miss Hadley. Here’s to hoping that it saves my hair and my sanity. So far, so good. I throw it on when nursing or just when she needs something to play with or grasp.  I love how the shop owner personalized it with Hadley’s name – it’ll be a great keepsake too!
Now Artsy Finds 2012 wants one of you to have one of her lovely nursing necklaces. These make a perfect addition to any nursing mom’s wardrobe…and a fabulous baby shower gift for friends who are expecting too! Enter below to win and good luck!

Since I know nothing about nursing, I probably need all of the help I can get with our first baby on the way! Thanks for hosting such a fun and useful giveaway Houston mamas!
My little man is always moving when he is nursing. He grabs clothes, hair and even my skin!! This would hopefully save me from getting pinched 😉 I am loving this giveaway!!
How cool!!! Sooooo need this for my little guy- it’s usually my skin/hair that he grabs!
I love the idea of these! My little guy is such a fussy Eater it has made me wonder if I need to switch to formula instead of nursing. I think this would really help him Stay Focused On Eating! 🙂
