5 Yummy {but healthy} Recipes for the New Year

I have to be honest with you fellow moms out there…I am writing this post a little selfishly. I am sorry, but it’s true! It is time for me to reset and get rid of some of these bad eating habits I have picked up over these last few months and kick it into healthy eating high gear.

I am dubbing this year The Year the Baby Weight Comes Off!

Here is the goal – no crazy diets, just good clean eating and hitting the gym. I have reached that point, you know, the one where you can no longer say to yourself, “It’s okay, self. You just had a baby. Don’t beat yourself up. The weight will come off eventually.”

Well, eventually has come. Myself and I have had a good long talk and there are no more excuses! We are getting healthy and back in shape.

So to help us mamas that are making some healthy life changes, I have provided a list of  delicious, amazing, and full of flavor recipes to add to your weekly rotation this year.

These are REAL recipes from REAL Houston moms, and guess what…even our kids LOVE them!
