Beat the Heat this Summer at Jumping World

Beat the Heat this Summer at Jumping World | Houston Moms BlogIf you are looking for a way to keep cool this summer, look no further than Jumping World! Jumping World is an indoor family entertainment center that is truly fun for all ages. My boys are 3 ½ and 5 ½, and they beg to go to Jumping World almost weekly. I love that it’s indoors and that my money goes a long way once we walk inside. The facility is clean and designed in such a way that even on a busy weekend it doesn’t feel like you are competing for space to jump and play. Jumping World offers so much more than just a trampoline park, and here are just a few reasons why we love it ::

  1. It’s SIMPLE.

You walk in and pay by the hour, and there are large clocks all over so you know when time is running out for your kids, so you can begin the “let’s transition to a new activity” process.

  2. They consider the littles

I love that there is a special area dedicated just to jumpers five and under, so my kids aren’t overwhelmed sharing a space with the older children. This area is 100% visible for parents so it’s easy to keep an eye on the kiddos!

  3. The games are top notch.

Probably my favorite thing about Jumping World is the redemption arcade. Simply purchase a card from the kiosk and swipe it to begin playing games. Each game costs only one or two credits to play, so your game card money is well spent. You don’t feel at all like you’ve thrown away money at the arcade because even $20 gets you nearly an hour of play {depending on your kids, of course}. Then, instead of keeping up with paper tickets, it’s all tracked on the card. Take it to the redemption counter and the friendly host helps the kids figure out what trinkets to take home.

  4. It’s all in the details.

In my opinion, Jumping World has considered every patron, even the non-jumpers. From the well-stocked concession stand to the comfy massage recliners for the parents, it truly feels like an escape – from both the Houston heat and the frenetic days of summer!

Andddd Jumping World isn’t just fun in the summer…it’s open year round for constant indoor fun. They also love birthdays, so book your next party and let the celebration countdown begin!

Brittney F
Originally from Louisiana, Brittney has called Houston home for nearly all her life. Brittney graduated from Houston Baptist University where she was a member of Phi Mu and a four-year cheerleader. It didn’t take long after graduation for her to meet her husband Jeremy on the sand volleyball courts at Memorial Park. She jokes that when marrying Jeremy, she also married LSU because she tied the knot with the most passionate Tiger football fan. Many weekends in the fall, they can be found in the shadows of Tiger Stadium at their big family tailgating party. Brittney has a Master's Degree from LSU and works in secondary education as an administrator and a cheerleading coach. Brittney and Jeremy have three boys, Connor {Nov 2012}, Parker {Nov 2014}, and Ryan {May 2018}. Brittney is a big baby-making, food allergy fighting, NICU surviving mom. Though she grew up surrounded by hairbows, pom poms, and lots of pink, Brittney now embraces being a boy mom. She loves raising her three boys and learning all about superheroes, baseball, and the pain of stepping on a lego when barefoot. In her kid-free time she enjoys working on craft projects, getting lost in a good book, and watching Grey's Anatomy.
