Bitsy’s Brainfood {Sponsored Giveaway}

Bitsy's Brainfood 2You can probably tell from some of my past posts, that my little ones LOVE to eat.  But lately, they have been getting pickier and pickier.  {I know lots of you can feel my pain on this one!}  Just this week, one of them turned their nose up to bananas and the other one flat out refused to even touch the whole wheat bread on his plate.  Sometimes I feel like the only thing they will eat is cookies, but unfortunately – those don’t pack much of a nutritional punch.

Or do they?

A few months ago, I discovered Bitsy’s Brainfood, and I was super excited to learn that they actually make cookies that are GOOD for you.  Yup, you read that right…  Their alphabet shaped cookies are baked with real fruits and veggies and are a great source of vitamins and whole grains.  Plus, they don’t add anything artificial and are non-GMO.  All of which are a BIG deal to this mama right here.  Of course, I am still going to be putting TONS of fresh fruits and veggies on their plates at each meal time, but it makes me feel good to know that they are getting some yummy nutrition on those days that they want to eat nothing but cookies from the pantry too.

Thankfully, you can conveniently find Bitsy’s Brainfood at HEB, Whole Foods, and online at Amazon.  But until you can get to the store, be sure to enter in the sponsored giveaway below for a chance to win a Bitsy’s Brainfood tote bag, wooden spoon, and one package of each flavor of their Smart Cookies too {a $40 value}!

She has a degree in education from Texas State University and was honored to teach special education for eight years to some of the cutest little kiddos you could ever meet. While teaching, Kelly met Cody – a tall drink of water and country boy to the core – and together, they fell in love, got married, and decided to start a family. In March 2011, they welcomed Hayes into the world, a silly but smart little boy with a story you have to read to believe. And in April 2013, their family was complete with the addition of Hadley, a super gregarious and oh-so-cute baby girl. Now, Kelly devotes her days to caring for her own little ones…and would not trade this new job of hers for the world! In her not-so-spare time, Kelly loves meeting up with her girlfriends for margaritas, failing miserably at Pinterest projects, and exploring this big old city with her two favorite little side-kicks in tow.
