Houston’s Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt {With Coloring Pages!}

Our kiddos won’t be able to attend typical Easter egg hunts this year, but in true #HoustonStrong fashion, we are going to band together and still go on an egg  hunt while still practicing social distancing! Similar to the “bear hunts” and “chalk walks” we’ve seen happening in neighborhoods all over America, our egg hunt works best if lots of neighbors {young and old} participate.

Spread the word in your local neighborhood and neighborhood groups!

How Our Easter Egg Hunt Works::

  1. Download and print your favorite Houston Moms Easter Egg Hunt template! We have a bunch of great options for kids of all ages, including a blank egg for your kid to design their own.
  2. Decorate your favorite egg.
  3. Display your egg(s) in your windows by Wednesday, April 8 until Easter Sunday, April 12th.
  4. Tell your friends! Share this page in your moms groups so that we can decorate Houston with Easter Eggs. Use the #MomsAroundHouston to be featured on our page.

Go on a drive throughout your neighborhood for an egg hunt with your loved ones to see how many eggs you can find! *Don’t forget* to take a picture of the beautiful eggs you find and share to the Houston Moms Facebook thread and tag Houston Moms on social media!

Use the hashtag #MomsAroundHouston!

Let’s see how many families in the Houston area participate!
