What an awesome summer! When our Executive Team began planning our summer playdates, we never expected the amazing turnout that we would have. We hope you had an amazing time “hopping” with us to some of our favorite venues around Houston. If you didn’t have a chance to snag tickets, no worries! We have recapped the entire series below for you and highly encourage you to check out all of our hosts, many of whom are perfect for taking classes this fall, hosting your own play dates with your mom groups, and even birthday parties! Thank you all who came out for this series. It was so fun to get to know you and your kids, and we hope you made a friend or five along the way as well.

Hop Around Houston with iRise Trampoline Park
iRise Park was a great kick off for our playdate series. Around 75 Houston area kids were able to escape the heat with their freestyle trampoline jumping, Olympic jump, dodgeball, handball, ninja park, and 3 story toddler adventure park. We cannot say enough about this venue and their Gigantic VIP rooms and Glow in the Dark effects, bound to give you a birthday party VIP experience.

Hop Around Houston with Topgolf {Webster}
Topgolf Webster’s HAH Playdate was so much fun!! 50 of our friends enjoyed two hours of their Summer Academy. From chipping, putting and full swing, to the rules and etiquette, our kids learned quite a bit about improving their game. Topgolf’s Summer Academy is designed and taught by Golf Teaching Professionals in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Summer Academy is staffed with a low student-to-instructor ratio to ensure each Junior Golfer receives in-depth, hands-on attention while he or she develops a winning golf swing.

Hop Around Houston with Prelude Music
Prelude Music definitely fostered the musical ability in 30 of our little friends!! The Mommy and Me Classes allowed our kids to wiggle and giggle, sing and dance, and learn through play in these 45-minute classes. Prelude Music Classes’ Mixed-Age Family Class is designed for the whole family! You and your children 0 – 5 years will sing, dance, and play with a variety of musical instruments including gathering drums, shakers, tambourines, and rhythm sticks.

Topgolf Spring hosted 40 of our Houston friends and gave them a glimpse into their awesome Summer Academy. Topgolf’s Summer Academy is five days of non-stop entertainment and learning that kids will love. The program includes all of the components that make up the great game of golf. From chipping, putting and full swing, to the rules and etiquette, kids will learn everything they need to know to improve their game. Each Academy is designed and taught by Golf Teaching Professionals in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. They had a blast practicing their chipping, putting and full swing, learning the rules and etiquette of golf, and more! Hop Around Houston with The Learning Sphere – Pediatric Speech Therapy & We Rock the Spectrum
The Learning Sphere – Pediatric Speech Therapy in conjunction with We Rock the Spectrum hosted 25 friends at a truly enjoyable playdate. The Learning Sphere – Pediatric Speech Therapy offered resources for parents of children with speech, language, feeding, social skills, stuttering, ADHD, and Autism. While the children will have the opportunity to play in the Sensory Gym at We Rock the Spectrum and Speech-Language Pathologists were on hand to answer questions about how to stimulate language and engagement with their child during play at the gym.

Hop Around Houston with PDQ {Cypress & Katy}
It doesn’t get much better than build your own Totchos and Milkshakes! PDQ hosted 70 friends at two locations:: Cypress and Katy. PDQ had a TON of treats for the kids, including PDQ shirts, goodie bags, tours of their impeccable facilities, and way more. They even gave each kid a FREE kids meal after the playdate.
