In fact, if you opt for a garage, your garage opens to the interior of the building as well. The mail room is also located indoors as is an Amazon hub. Trash does not have to be taken outdoors. Residents place their designated trash cans outside of their door each evening and a trash valet collects them. Access into any entry must be gained by a key card if afterhours. If transportation is an issue, Overture Sugar Land partners with Lyft. Residents can contact the onsite concierge to have rides arranged at discounted rates. No money is exchanged with the driver and the resident. The resident will be invoiced with their monthly rent. This is especially helpful for transportation to doctor appointments.
