Our sponsors at Prelude Music Classes for Children are proud to host an open house for families in the greater Houston area! This event is taking place on Sunday, August 2nd from 1 – 4 pm. Infants, toddlers, and children up to five years of age and their caregivers are welcome to enjoy a fun-filled afternoon full of music, laughter, and snacks…and they are inviting all HMB readers and follows to come join along!

Director, founder, and mother of two, Dr. Ana Trevino-Godfrey believes that all children are musical and can achieve basic music competence if allowed to develop skills in a warm and loving musical environment. With those beliefs, she was inspired to create a music school for children that allows them to grow and experience the benefits of learning together.
2} Their Music Together® Program
Ana and her exceptional team of teachers implement a very special, research-based program called Music Together®. 3} Their Family-Style Learning
Music Together® groups children to foster natural, family-style learning. The young ones learn from the older ones and the older ones learn from teaching the younger ones. Classes where siblings of different ages can interact together are definitely hard to come by, so we certainly appreciate this about Prelude!

Bring your singing voices because there will be two sing-along concerts at 2 pm and again at 3:30 pm.

In between concerts, you and your child{ren} can participate in face painting, musical stories, and more. Door prizes will be given to the first 10 families to arrive, and one lucky family will win a free session for the fall semester!
